At PS TEC’s Rebuild Center, we deliver precision rebuild and exchange services for critical components and assemblies used in high-speed packaging and bottling operations. Our goal is to help customers extend equipment life, reduce downtime, and maintain peak performance.

How Our Program Works
Our rebuild and exchange process is designed for minimal disruption:
1. Customer Prepares Spares
Customers keep an extra set of the components they wish to have rebuilt.
2. Removal & Replacement
Customers / PS TEC remove the worn components, install the rebuilt or new ones, and crate up the components to be rebuilt.
3. Shipment to PS TEC
The used components are shipped to our Rebuild Center.
4. Inspection & Evaluation
Upon receipt, we conduct a thorough inspection to assess condition and define the work scope and parts needed for the rebuild.
5. Precision Rebuild Process
Components are rebuilt to OEM-level standards using top-quality materials and workmanship.
6. Testing & Certification
All rebuilt components undergo rigorous testing, including: pressurization and activation of pneumatic components with compressed air; oven chains linked and run through a test track to ensure smooth operation through corners; and spindles tested for proper rotation.
